Hi John,
Over the next week, you are probably going to see a few more emails than usual from me and my team as we approach our FEC end-of-quarter fundraising deadline – and I just wanted to take a moment to explain why.
In exactly seven days, our campaign will be facing its biggest fundraising deadline to date: Our first FEC fundraising deadline of the general election, in which all of our fundraising for this quarter will be filed in a public report for all to see.
This will be a major moment for our campaign and the first opportunity to see how our campaign sizes up against our MAGA Republican opponent. GOP operatives, political pundits, and – most importantly – our opponent will scrutinize our FEC report to assess the strength of our movement and the threat our campaign poses.
We have set an ambitious goal of raising $30,000 in online fundraising before our deadline this Thursday. John, I need to rely on you to show the world just how competitive this race will be. Will you chip in before our most important fundraising deadline to date?

John, it’s impossible to overstate how much is on the line this November. With the Supreme Court poised to overturn Roe v. Wade and strip millions of Americans of their right to choose any day now, this election will be a tipping point in deciding whether or not we can maintain the majority and codify these rights into law or if we hand Congress to far-right extremists who will stop at nothing to undermine this critical freedom.
With a new poll showing that we have a narrow lead over our opponent, our ability to win this race and send a pro-choice champion to Congress will come down to the strength of this grassroots team. We simply can’t afford to fall short.
John, I’m asking because your support has truly never been more important than in this moment: Will you please rush $5 or more to our campaign to help us hit our $30,000 fundraising goal before June 30th?

Thank you so much for your support.
