These individuals, and many others hailing from Arkansas to Alaska, Texas to Pennsylvania, are coming to the Unity stage to send a message: that no community should fight alone against white supremacy and violence, but together, we have the power to rebuild a future that makes space for all of us.
The goal of the Unity March is to demand full rights and representation for Asian American and allied communities. With it, we aim to:
Bring new people into the movement for racial and economic justice;
Demonstrate our collective strength as Asian Americans and allies;
And reiterate our commitment to building cross-racial, intersectional people power in the long term.
The time is now for us to unite and get together in a way that is big and visible. We must build and show our collective power to reimagine the future for our communities and break the cycle of violence together.
