Without the protection of Roe, abortion access will be left up to the states, and the right to an abortion will depend on who your governor is. Right now, Republicans are doubling down on their coordinated attacks on reproductive freedom to ban abortion outright in states across the country – and it’s up to us to stop them.

There are already 13 STATES with trigger laws that would ban or severely restrict abortions immediately if Roe is overturned. And a total of 26 states are certain or likely to ban abortion in the aftermath.
