My Plan
Dave is the strongest constitutional Candidate in Arizona Congressional District Four.<-
He supports the Constitution as being the foundation of making America the greatest country in the world. Government overreach has grown to such a degree that we are now faced with huge debt, an invasion, and a faltering economy.
We need to stop government overreach and bring the federal government back into conforming to the Constitution. 10th Amendment states “What is not specified reverts to the states or the people”.
Push-back is beginning. We are seeing the overturn of “Row vs Wade” as a non-federal issue. The People of America have seen the indoctrination in our educations system and are taking back control of their school boards.
Today the Supreme Court struct down NYC concealed carry ban.
It is time to make the Constitution the “Law of the Land” again.

ON DAY ONE- Dave Will:
1. Fight government overreach by initiating legislation to Limit the duration of presidential executive orders to one week. FDR in his speech on the Day of Infamy is not permitted to declare war. That is specified in the Constitution as a Congressional duty. Congress declared war within the hour. Proving that if the people want a law, Congress will make it law, not the president or the supreme court.
2. I will begin legislation to repeal the “Patriot Act”. America does not take political prisoners. The “Patriot Act” seemed good for finding international terrorist. After the January 6TH rally citizens were targeted, and a huge misuse of this act has violated citizen rights. Such as the 4th amendment. Release all prisoners now!
3. Finish securing the border is a must. I will lead other legislators in legislation to override presidential orders stopping the finishing of the border wall. Even if supporting the states in “Declaring an Invasion” and closing their borders as specified in the Constitution.
4. Initiate legislation to support our veterans and homeless by redirecting funds from foreign aid to needy Americans.
5. Begin legislation to enforce the “Remain in Mexico” policy. Change immigration law to remove automatic asylum by stepping foot on US Soil and removing the visa lottery.
6. Repeal the department of education. This department is not in the constitution and belongs to the sates or to the people.
7. Initiate legislation to modify the tax law to a fair tax flat tax. The more you make, the more you pay.
8. Begin legislation to override presidential orders limiting our economy. Such as the XL pipeline.
9. Reevaluate all foreign aid. America and Americans first! Americans can freely donate to aid any organization they wish.
10. Begin legislation to override presidential orders limiting our military. America must have the strongest military in the world.
11. Initiate “Term Limits” legislation – I signed the term limits proposal and will initiate term limits for congress as follows: already the President is 2 terms = 8 years; senate 2 terms = 12 years and congress 5 terms = 10 years.
12. Create Hot head law – preventing law makers from creating laws by emotions... need a waiting time to allow for emotions to cool and clear decisions. Protecting our constitution.

Laws are made in Congress, approved by the senate, and signed into law by the president. All laws not following this path are unconstitutional and need to be reexamined.
I will protect and defend the Constitution unlike other candidates and those elected to office.
