Summer is here. Record-breaking temperatures are undoubtedly impacting your pocketbook as you try to keep the air conditioning running. Protecting your home from catastrophic storm damage with homeowner’s insurance is as much of a struggle these days as it is to keep it cooled as premiums are rising faster than inflation. Then there’s gas prices, everybody is feeling the pain at the pump.
And Ron DeSantis has no excuse for delaying the suspension of the state gas tax until October, when it would benefit himself most politically — while hurting hardworking Floridians now.
