About the job
You will report to and collaborate with the HR Workforce Planning and Culture Manager and agency leadership to improve and develop HR related processes that impact employee experience, employee engagement, and boost workforce performance and development. You will apply an HR lens and expertise, collaborating with various work groups across the agency, to build agency wide programs aimed to enhance the employee experience at DES. ?The focus of this work is candidate experience, employee on-boarding, recognition and retention, and providing influence, partnership, and expertise in guiding leaders in key drivers of engagement related to our employee?s experience. You will ?simply see DES through the eyes of our employees, remain connected, and are aware of their major milestones?.
