Friend,

The Supreme Court just struck down a major gun control law in the biggest 2A legal decision since Heller and McDonald.

The court, opining in NYSRPA v. Bruen, ruled 6-3 that New York's "proper cause" carry requirement is unconstitutional.

The Court appears to have adopted something we've been arguing for years: The text is the test, and history merely informs the original public meaning of that text. ("Text, history, and tradition" are not co-equal factors.)

This case has MAJOR implications for the right to keep and bear arms nationwide and represents a HUGE victory for liberty.

FPC will be helping to unpack and explain everything you need to know about this case on video via Instagram, Facebook and YouTube later today.

Our Legal Team is reviewing the decision as we speak, but we need your help RIGHT NOW, Friend.

We know a massive fight is coming, and this case opens the door to new litigation potential from coast to coast.

That's why we're asking for your help today to help kick government in the teeth. This is our moment.
