In a stark change from its historical approach, the Supreme Court just expanded the scope of the Second Amendment, dealing a devastating blow to common-sense gun reform.

Striking down a 108-year-old concealed carry law in New York, the Supreme Court has opened up challenges to concealed carry laws across the nation, further deregulating guns and aggravating our gun violence crisis.

Let’s be clear: gun violence is a racial justice issue. When Black children and teens are 14 times more likely to die from gun violence, we can’t ignore these systemic inequities causing violence in our communities.
