It’s been a very eventful, busy few weeks, and for you all to lend me your support at a moment’s notice means so much. And on my birthday, no less!

This job isn’t the easiest, especially when Trump or Fox News make me the subject of constant attacks broadcast across the country. It can be exhausting, but doing the work of making our government actually serve the people is, nevertheless, incredibly rewarding.

Fighting for our democracy is no simple task, but having a supportive team makes all the difference in keeping our momentum going and remaining hopeful. Something as simple as a birthday card is just the shot in the arm I needed. Thanks again!
