The Supreme Court has two days scheduled this month (June) to render opinions, last Tuesday (6/21) and tomorrow Thursday (6/23), and possibly one day to do so in July.
So, our state legislators need to be ready to ACT to protect the life the moment this historic ruling is handed down!
That’s why CitizenGO and American Pro-Lifer are teaming up to help you contact them as quickly, efficiently, and powerfully as possible! Could we now ask you to take one or two minutes to DIRECTLY CONTACT your state legislators using our Pro-Life Action Center? When you take action on this campaign (see the right-hand side of this page), a message will be sent directly to your state legislators encouraging them to do everything in their power to stop abortion in your state. Here’s a breakdown of the specific requests we are sending to our state legislators: - In states with “trigger laws” which would ban abortion as soon as Roe is overturned, we ask their legislators and Attorneys General to uphold and enact the ban. (see the map link below)
- In states with pre-Roe bans which were never repealed, we ask their legislators and Attorneys General to bring those laws back into effect.
- In states with post-Roe restrictions which were blocked by the courts, we also ask their legislators and Attorneys General to bring those laws into effect.
- In states which protect and facilitate abortion, we ask their legislators to introduce and enact legislation that would protect the First Amendment rights of pro-lifers in general and pro-life crisis pregnancy centers in particular.
- And, in states that neither ban nor promote abortion, we encourage their legislators and Attorneys general to introduce and pass laws which seek to protect life from conception.

Since Roe was forced on the states in 1973, over 63 million babies’ lives have ended in violence. And, while the reversal of Roe will not, in itself, stop all the violence, it will provide a vital opportunity for our state legislators to save many, many lives which would otherwise have been lost with Roe in place. So yes, of course, it is a life-and-death issue. And, that’s why it’s so important that we do all we can – right now – to encourage our state legislators to take action to stop abortion and protect pro-lifers in every state in the union. We ask them to act on the principle that ALL life – from the moment of conception – is precious, and ban abortion outright. But, all pro-life measures – which would improve upon the situation as it stands right now – would be welcomed.
