I have great news for you straight from Brussels!

For now, the European Commission stepped back and withdrew the hate speech agenda from the meeting of the Justice and Home Affairs Council that took place on 9-10 June in Luxembourg. 

Congratulations! This is a victory against those who want to censor your right to express your thoughts and beliefs in freedom. And you made it possible with your signature! 

Your pressure, along with thousands of citizens, made a difference. The representatives sent to Luxembourg had to pull back because right now, they do not have unanimity to pass the new legislation that is very dangerous to freedom of speech in Europe. In fact, Poland and Hungary used their veto.

It means that for the time being, the list of EU crimes to hate speech and hate crimes will not be extended.

That is amazing news! We would like to thank you all for your great engagement and more than 147.000 signatures!

We continue to benefit enormously from your support in the states, as this same ideology moves closer and closer towards America. We will need you once it is here. 

We knew off the record that the agenda's hate speech and hate crime points had been removed (see the screenshot) a few days before the Council session. Still, even so, we decided to go to Luxembourg to deliver the signatures and be sure they weren't going to sneak the decision at the last minute. 

As you can see, we can win the battle. However, the war is not yet over. 

Anti-freedom politicians and activists will not give up until they shut pro-life and pro-family voices up.
