When Arizona Cardinals Owner Michael Bidwill pitched the idea of an Arizona Civics Matters competition ([link removed]) to Governor Doug Ducey, the response was immediate. The governor was all in.

The competition – inspired by the governor's push to expand civics education in Arizona's classrooms – offers Arizona school kids the opportunity ([link removed]) to visit Washington, D.C. to see heart of our representative democracy at work.

That vision ([link removed]) became a reality today when the governor joined ([link removed]) Bidwill and 241 students on the trip to the nation's capital. Watch a video of today's events below!
