Over 900 locations across Los Angeles County are now vaccinating children ages 6 months and older.

Visit Public health's website at VaccinateLACounty.com or VacunateLosAngeles.com (Spanish) to learn about locations, and schedules for clinics offering these and other COVID-19 vaccines.

The following Public Health locations are accepting walk-ins:

Here’s what parents and guardians need to know before vaccinating their children:


* The COVID-19 vaccine is free.
* If insured, individuals should bring their health insurance card (COVID-19 vaccines remain free regardless of insurance status).
* Individuals will not be asked about their immigration status when getting vaccinated.
* No appointment is needed at many locations.

*Public Health Encourages Boosters for 5-11-year-olds as Summer Kicks Off*

This week marked the official start of summer and Public Health is reminding families that boosters and sensible COVID-19 practices can help keep summer plans on track. Boosters offer children strong COVID-19 protection as they take part in summer camps, summer holiday celebrations and other summer activities.

Pfizer boosters are available for children ages 5-11 at all LA County vaccination sites.
