* We’re now launching an unprecedented nationwide study to monitor the presence of PFAS, a dangerous “forever chemical,” in more than 130 American waterways.
* We filed a Supreme Court amicus brief last week in the case Sackett v. EPA, which threatens to further defang the Clean Water Act—and we will be doing everything in our power to restore this landmark law ahead of its 50th anniversary.
* Waterkeeper advocates are pressing Congress to finally break free of plastic and halt one of the most pernicious forms of pollution affecting waters globally.

This is just the beginning of the work we plan to undertake in the next fiscal year.
