We only have a couple of weeks left until our first FEC deadline of the general election, and Congresswoman Sewell is facing her first Republican opponent in a decade.

Today, we need to raise another $700 in order to stay on track with our end-of-quarter fundraising goal. Can we count on you to chip in $5 right now to help us catch up?

After this month’s FEC deadline, our fundraising numbers will become public – and depending on how this grassroots team steps up now, it could go one of two ways:

1. We could blow this fundraising goal out of the water and send a message that there’s a wave of grassroots support to keep Civil Rights Activist Terri Sewell in Congress.

or

2. We could come up short and signal to the GOP that this seat could be theirs for the GOP’s taking. And trust me, they’d love nothing more than to flip Alabama’s last federally-elected blue seat.
