I’m Father Michael L. Pfleger, Senior Pastor of Saint Sabina’s Catholic Church. I’ve known Jacqui Collins for a long time — as a parishioner, a proven progressive, and a social justice advocate. Today, I’m proud to endorse her for Congress in IL-01.

As State Senator, Jacqui has tirelessly fought for her communities — she’s worked to stem the tide of violence by banning ghost guns and fought to end the racial wealth gap by stopping all predatory lending in Illinois. Jacqui is also the only candidate in the race who supports Medicare for All, because she believes health care is a human right.
