The House January 6th Committee just released new evidence showing just how deeply Senator Ron Johnson was involved in Donald Trump’s effort to defy the will of Wisconsin voters and overturn the 2020 election.
Text messages released by the committee show that Johnson’s Chief of Staff told Vice President Mike Pence’s office that Ron Johnson wanted to hand-deliver a slate of fake elector votes from Wisconsin and Michigan.1
And when he was asked about it by reporters yesterday… Johnson tried to pretend he was on the phone:

As mass shootings continue across this country, Ron Johnson joined the group of extreme Republican senators who last night went against his own party’s leadership to vote against the incremental compromise gun violence bill advanced by the Senate.2
As abortion clinics stop scheduling appointments in Wisconsin in advance of the widely anticipated Supreme Court opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade, Ron Johnson excused his anti-abortion record and said a post-Roe world would only “be a little messy” for some people.3
We need to fire Ron Johnson and replace him with a Working Families champion, Mandela Barnes. That’s exactly our plan.
