I’m pleased to share that the pr
esident of the Heritage Foundation Kevin Roberts ([link removed]) has formally accepted ISI’s offer to join our Board of Trustees.

Roberts previously served as the chief executive officer of the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF), an Austin-based nonprofit, nonpartisan research institute and the largest state think tank in the nation. Under Roberts’ leadership, TPPF more than doubled in size. He also expanded the Texas think tank’s influence nationwide, opening an office in Washington, D.C., so that TPPF research might better inform federal policy debates.

Roberts has a robust academic background and leadership experience in both higher education and public policy. He has been a long-time admirer of ISI and is excited to get more involved in ISI’s programs.
Along with joining the ISI board...

Roberts will join Congressman Jim Banks, former Ambassador Robert Lighthizer, and Acton Institute Research Director Samuel Gregg at ISI's American Economic Forum. At the forum, hear leading conservative politicians and intellectuals debate the best path forward for our economy.
