Yesterday, the January 6th Committee finished their fourth day of hearings. We heard distressing testimony of how Donald Trump's words inspired harassment and death threats against elected officials and election workers. 

We also heard new evidence of the role sitting members of Congress played in the plot to overturn the 2020 election. While MAGA extremists were marching on the Capitol, a top aide to Ron Johnson was trying to deliver fraudulent ballots to Mike Pence. Since the insurrection, Johnson has continued to spread Trump’s election lies.

Our democracy is not safe with Ron Johnson in office. That's why Indivisibles endorsed Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes to be the next senator from Wisconsin. 

This year, we have the rare opportunity to replace a MAGA extremist with a progressive champion for voting rights and democracy. But it won't be easy. With the primary just over a month away, it's going to take everything we've got to help Mandela win the nomination and then defeat Ron Johnson in November.
