Our Revolution is calling on Secretary of the Commonwealth Veronica Degraffenreid to bar insurrectionists — including Scott Perry and Donald Trump — from the Pennsylvania ballot because they violated the US Constitution.

January 6th was a violent attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election. All who participated must be investigated as to whether they are disqualified, under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, from holding future public office.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, also known as the Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause, says that anyone who has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution and then turns around and engages in insurrection against the United States isn’t fit for office.

That’s why Our Revolution is working with lawyers at Free Speech for People to keep oath-breaking extremists from ever serving in government again.
