Please join us for our next monthly meeting this coming Saturday, December 7th . We’ll be joined for this meeting by Rising Tide Chicago. Rising Tide is a network of groups and individuals that uses educational events, protests, creative activism, and direct action to directly challenge corporations and government entities responsible for the environmental destruction, climate change, mass incarceration, and inequality that is threatening our future. One of Rising Tide’s main campaigns is working to get Chase Bank to divest from fossil fuel infrastructure. This meeting will be a great opportunity to engage with Rising Tide and discover ways Rising Tide and 350 Chicago work together. Prior to the meeting, at Chicago Grind Cafe, there’ll be a new member info session, which is a great way to meet members of 350 Chicago. Hopefully see you on Saturday!
