America’s infrastructure is one of our nation’s greatest assets. It makes nearly every aspect of our modern lives possible, and when we neglect it we put our communities and lives at risk.

That's why I’m introducing my Restore Our Infrastructure Plan — ROI, for short — a plan that reinvests current federal spending directly into American communities to repair and update our aging infrastructure.

The plan will reinvest just 2% of current federal spending in the form of grants to every state to create American jobs now, in your neighborhood, under state direction and local control.
