Hi there. It's Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Alexander Vindman.

If you've been following the January 6th hearings, then you are probably as frustrated as I am.

I am so tired of the lies and disinformation that has come from far-right extremists on this matter, and Ron Johnson is among the worst offenders. Just yesterday, news broke that he tried to rig the election in favor of Trump by sending a slate of fraudulent electors to Mike Pence ahead of the election certification on January 6th.

Ron Johnson also said he "wasn't concerned" about the January 6th insurrectionists because they were people who "love this country" and "would never do anything to break the law." He personally contributed to the distrust, the conspiracy theories, and the unrest that led to the attack that day.

Let me be very clear:

We all saw the violent mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol. We saw the egregious attacks on our democracy and the attempts to overturn the 2020 election results.

Our democracy is on the ballot in November, and it is time to hold Ron Johnson accountable. That means electing Mandela Barnes to the U.S. Senate to replace him.

That's why I am asking:
