Since its founding in 2007, Texas Rising has grown to become one of the preeminent youth-led civic engagement groups in Texas, playing a significant role in growing the electorate over the last few cycles, cultivating talented new progressive leaders, and serving as a key organizing space for young progressives and people of color in the state!

In just a few weeks, we're kicking off Camp Texas Rising—our signature leadership-development training of the year. For the first time since 2019, we’ll be back in person with more than 120 young activists, and we couldn’t be more excited! In today’s climate, it's vital that we empower and activate young people in the fight to preserve democracy.
