PLANNED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
We wish to advise our valued customers of system maintenance scheduled for Friday, June 24, 2022 and Saturday, June 25, 2022. This maintenance is being done to update our systems. Systems are expected to be back online on Sunday, June 26th. This maintenance will not impact your mobile phone service.
During this time, the following sites will be affected:
- CREDO Mobile main website: www.credomobile.com
- CREDO Mobile Member services portal
- CREDO Mobile Donations voting site

During this maintenance, you will not be able to purchase additional service, change your plan, make payments, review invoices, etc. Note, Customer Service will not have access to the systems during this update.
