Marjorie Taylor Greene attacks Stephen Colbert as “insurrectionist”

Marjorie Taylor Greene is at it again. This time, she’s accusing the late-night comedy host, Stephen Colbert, of “harassing” her and comparing him to the insurrectionists who attacked our Capitol on January 6.

Here’s what happened: Stephen Colbert sent a puppet, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, to interview members of Congress about the committee investigating January 6.

It’s shocking that anyone would need to explain this, but there’s a difference between an insurrection and calling for the hanging of the Vice President and stopping the peaceful transfer of power and a puppet dog making jokes.

This kind of silliness is beneath the office that Marjorie Taylor Greene holds. That’s why we’re supporting her opponent, Marcus Flowers, a Democrat and Army Veteran who has served our nation on multiple continents.

Marcus is surging in the polls and has a real chance of defeating her this November. So we must ask: Can you donate $15 or more to help Marcus defeat Marjorie Taylor Greene? <[link removed]>

The momentum is on our side: Marcus has out-raised Marjorie Taylor Greene two quarters in a row, we’re out talking to voters every day, and we’ve got the radical right TERRIFIED of our momentum. It’s obvious.

Let’s get to work,
