A dog collar meant to prevent ticks and
fleas has been linked to thousands of dog deaths—but the large corporation
that sells them is refusing to warn dog owners about the risk, and is
preventing the Environmental Protection Agency from gathering data on
them. 

In last week’s Oversight hearing, Katie asked the CEO of Bayer why they’re
blocking the EPA from gathering this data and not being transparent about
the potential risks of the Seresto collars.

Families want to keep their pets safe, and they deserve to know the
unintended consequences of these collars. When corporations prioritize
profit over safety, they must be held accountable. 

Holding big corporations accountable is Katie’s job as a member of the
Oversight Committee. And whether it’s a Big Oil company, Wall Street Bank,
or Pharmaceutical manufacturer, Katie’s proud to stand up and demand
answers.
