Settlement Watch

Peace Now: Israel's Surplus Spending on Settlements Tops 1 Billion Shekels

Data collected by the Ministry of Finance was obtained by Peace Now and reveals more than 1 billion shekels in surplus funds going to the settlement, plus a recent 50% increase of investments in settlements, and about 12% of the Interior Ministry's grants to local authorities are received by settlements.
