Dear Mr. xxxxxx,
Following another busy week in Congress, I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing in Washington, D.C., to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional district, and our country as a whole:
While everyday Americans are struggling each day to afford a trip to work and food for their families, Republicans in DC are teaming up with radical liberals to draft our daughters in a fit of equity rage. Thursday night, I joined Tucker Carlson on Fox News to call out some congressional Republicans for going along with the left’s plan to draft women to advance a radical equity agenda. You can watch the full clip below.
This is not a question of whether women can serve in the military. Thousands of women serve admirably in the United States Armed Forces, and we are all thankful for their service and their sacrifice. The question is whether we, as a country, will force the possibility of the horrors and strains of combat upon our wives, our sisters and our daughters.
Last week, I introduced a bill to defund Biden’s “climate czar” John Kerry’s position. If hardworking Americans can’t afford gas and electricity because of disastrous energy policies peddled by leftwing zealots like John Kerry, Congress can’t afford to fund his climate tyranny making Americans’ lives even worse. The American people need and deserve energy freedom — i.e., reliable, abundant, affordable energy driven by American production. And that means Congress has to stop putting federal dollars towards the opponents of the freedom, like John Kerry.
