John,
Since the day he took office, Donald Trump has led an all-out assault on our climate, food, and water.
His corrupt administration has rolled back more than 85 vital regulations meant to keep us healthy and protect the environment, all to service corporate polluters.1
And with the clock ticking down on Trump’s time in office, he will try to push through as many rollbacks as possible for his fossil fuel allies. That’s why a generous donor has stepped up to DOUBLE all Giving Tuesday donations to Food & Water Watch, up to $50,000.
Will you donate to help Food & Water Watch meet our Giving Tuesday goal and double your impact? Your tax-deductible donation will be matched 100%, up to $50,000.

Even though Trump has declared war on our environment, we’ve had some incredible victories over the past year — because of your support.
In Connecticut we helped pass a bill banning fracking waste in the state. We helped phase out three gas power plants in Los Angeles to be replaced with solar and battery storage. Washington state banned fracking and Oregon adopted a 5-year moratorium on fracking.

But 2020 is going to be the most critical year for our fight to protect our food and water and ensure a livable climate. Here are just some of the battles we’ll keep fighting with your help:
* We’re suing Tyson Foods for deceptive advertising about their harmful and cruel chicken production practices. Tyson dumps tens of millions of pounds of toxins into our water every year, and the agri-giant needs to be held accountable.
* We’re fighting Trump’s plan to frack public lands. The Trump administration wants to open up millions of acres of land in and around national parks to fracking. This would destroy their natural beauty and put more emissions into the atmosphere. But we’re working to stop it.
* We’re helping to save Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) protections by helping states pass their own water regulations and pressuring Congress to restore the rule that Trump overturned.
* We’re working to slow climate change by stopping fracking and oil and gas pipelines. We defeated a pipeline planned for New York, banned fracking in Washington, won a 5-year moratorium on fracking in Oregon, and helped communities fight Big Oil & Gas. With your support, we will work to stop every effort to put more fossil fuel infrastructure into use and more global warming emissions into the air.
To fight all of these battles and more in 2020 to protect our climate, food, and water, we need to raise $50,000 today, Giving Tuesday.
Will you donate to Food & Water Watch right now? Your tax-deductible donation will be DOUBLED by a generous donor.
