If you missed it, Republican AZ House Speaker Bowers finally admitted that the hours of “hearings”, “audits” and general nonsense around President Trump’s 2020 loss were just a wild goose chase designed to overthrow our democracy.
Bowers testified he knew Joe Biden won in 2020 and that Trump’s closest advisors admitted to him there was “no evidence” of fraud.
Bowers’ delayed honesty is just another example of just how fringe the AZ GOP has become. Their entire Congressional delegation, the major candidates for statewide office, their most popular legislators… even the chair of the AZ GOP… all continue to promote Trump’s lies in an attempt to overthrow our democracy. We have to defeat them and flip Arizona completely blue in November.

Bowers may have found the truth under Congressional oath today, but the reality is that even Bowers has allowed round after round of voter suppression laws passed under the illusion of fraud in 2020. Fraud that Bowers himself just admitted never existed.
Today shows that for the AZ GOP, Trump rules over everything. They will break all norms, suppress every vote, and find any way possible to keep Trump in power – even if it means losing our democracy.
