There is no simpler way of putting this, our opponents are scared of the momentum we’ve been gaining. Our campaign is fueled by people, not corporations. We have been able to make incredible gains, because when we engage our community, we win.
And our opponents know this, which is exactly why a dark money interest group is trying to bail out our biggest opponent, Gil Villegas (the alderman and part time lobbyist). This is the same dark money super PAC that has endorsed over a dozen Congressman involved with the Jan 6th attack on the Capitol. As a Veteran, it’s a shame Gil has taken support from people who support an attempted coup. But don’t take my word for it, so far DMFI has spent $65k this past week attacking Delia. Here is a mail piece they sent on our opponent’s behalf, spouting lies: |
You and I know Delia, and we know these are unfounded lies. However, there are many people in the district who we have yet to reach. We need your help to counter these attacks and set the record straight.
