Family Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social event on Sunday, June 26

The week of our Ice Cream Social is finally here! We hope that you will join
us this Sunday, June 26 from 1:00 - 4:30pm for one of our favorite events of
the year. We will serve my homemade pies and Young's Jersey Dairy ice cream.
The kids will have fun with games, a magician, face painting, clowns, and
popcorn, and we will host musical entertainment throughout the day!



A few of my friends have been helping me make pies for the Ice Cream Social
since our very first one in 1976. Some of them came over yesterday, including
my sister, my sister-in-law, and her 102 year old mother, Iola! Iola always
peels the apples. We spent the day together in my kitchen and had so much fun.
This year we made Mike's favorites: cherry, peach, strawberry rhubarb,
blueberry and apple!
