There have been a couple of major updates since our last election, and I wanted to make sure I keep you looped on everything that’s happening in our race:

First, Republicans favored candidate, Tom Patti, won the primary and will be my opponent.

Then, after lower-than-expected turnout in our election last week, political forecasters downgraded our rating one step closer to toss-up!

Now, Kevin’s McCarthy’s SuperPAC just launched a five-figure attack ad campaign against me.

We’ve been strategically saving our hard-earned resources for the end-of-quarter deadline on June 30th, but made the tough decision to spend some of it now so we can respond effectively. But that means I’m counting on this amazing grassroots team once again to make sure we’re not falling behind by the time our next fundraising report is due!
