Hey John,
I had to write to thank you both for the warm Father’s Day wishes and for helping us kick off our Red to Blue race announcement last week.
It was a wonderful few days of hitting the campaign trail and finding some time to hang with my kids and Zoë, and now I’m back at work doing everything I can to win and to keep the radical right out of power here in western Pennsylvania.
Being a Red to Blue race means that PA-17 is going to be one of the closest races in the entire country – and that we have what it takes to win.
We’re building a people-powered movement that is ready to fight for our common good, because everything is on the ballot this November. Protecting the union way of life, bringing manufacturing back to this country, closing loopholes that help the rich get richer while everybody else struggles to make ends meet, codifying Roe v. Wade and ensuring no woman or health care provider is jailed for having or performing an abortion, making sure healthcare isn’t a ripoff, and more. It’s all on the line.
I know that the team we are building would be nothing without people like you, John. Which is why again I want to thank you.
Now, let’s go win this thing.
