Yesterday afternoon, far-right Republican and disgraced former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens released an ad showing him, and what appear to be members of the military, fully-armed and breaching a door in search of RINOs (Republicans in Name Only).

The point was clear: kill those insufficiently pro-Trump.

There’s no other way to see the intent of the ad.

Greitens did it for attention in his U.S. Senate campaign and to burnish his far-right credentials — because that is the calling card of the far-right these days.

And it probably worked as intended. Everyone was outraged. Just as he wanted.

But the least we can do is make him pay a price for his incitement.

If we are going to win the Missouri Senate seat and beat Greitens, VoteVets will have a critical role to play. We can elevate the voices of veterans in a way that presents a rational counterpoint to Greitens' incitement.

But we cannot do that alone. So we are asking:
