Everyone's vote should count equally -- in every election -- no matter where they live.

But because of the Electoral College, presidential candidates spend the majority of their time in a few battleground states, ignoring the rest of the country.

It's wrong and it's undemocratic. Presidential candidates should have to ask every American in every part of the country for their vote, not just a few random states that happen to be close.

It's time to abolish the Electoral College and protect our democracy.

Elizabeth is fighting to make it happen -- but in order to put our plans into action, we need a grassroots movement by her side that can win in 2020 and bring big, structural change in 2021.
