I authored and passed the first-ever anti-Red Flag Law in the nation and passed Constitutional Carry in Oklahoma.

I received an A+ rating from the NRA — the highest rating of any candidate in this race — and am the National Association for Gun Rights-endorsed candidate because of my commitment to protecting and expanding Second Amendment rights for all Oklahomans.

This year alone, I have filed numerous bills protecting our 2A rights including these FIVE main bills: 

SB 1330 - Nullifies any federal attempt to enforce red flag laws on Oklahoma citizens

SB 1346 - States that any personal firearm, accessory, or ammunition manufactured in Oklahoma that remains exclusively within our borders is not subject to federal law, taxation, regulation, or registration 

SB 1327 - Prohibits federal regulation or registration of suppressors manufactured within the state of Oklahoma 

SB 1341 - Prevents public money from being used in any way to advocate for gun control 

SB 1329 - Allows any person in lawful possession of a valid handgun license to carry inside the state Capitol
