John,

Today, the average gas price in Ohio is now $5.04 per gallon — a new record.

But instead of proposing policies to support working families and diversify our energy sources, Max Miller is pointing fingers at Democrats

It’s much easier to point fingers than make a plan yourself. Here’s what Max Miller has said so far about our gas prices:

❌  He rails against infrastructure packages that would expand affordable alternatives to driving–to everyone’s benefit

❌  He doesn’t support investments in renewable energy and green jobs.

❌  He opposes $15/hour minimum wage, which would offer a cushion for folks to afford temporarily higher prices.

Many factors are impacting prices at the pump, but there’s also a lot we can do at the federal level to control prices.

We can release more oil barrels from our reserves. We can offer tax breaks for small businesses and working people, giving folks more money in their pockets during tough times. We can create local career pipelines so folks aren’t commuting 50 or 100 miles for decent-paying jobs. We can raise the minimum wage so people can afford the current high gas prices.

Max Miller won’t do any of these. I’m ready to fight to put these ideas into action in Washington as your next Congressman.

Can you chip in to help fuel us on the campaign trail?
