Look, we’re just going to cut to the chase, here – today has really sucked for us.

To keep our fundraising on track and be able to budget for upcoming projects, there’s a minimum dollar amount we need to reach in contributions each day, and as of this afternoon, we’re nowhere near it.

We get it: For lots of us, this is the first week of summer break for our kids, the weather has finally warmed up, and people are simply busy living their lives.

Political donations simply aren’t at the front of most people’s minds right now

But unfortunately for us, political donations are always on our minds, because we need them to carry out our mission of reaching out to rural and working-class voters in battleground states and districts and flipping red seats BLUE.

Trust us, we wish we could be doing ANYTHING else right now other than writing to you yet again to ask for money.

But the reality is, we’re simply having a terrible fundraising day, and we really need your help to get us back on track.

We promise we would never send an email like this if it wasn’t 100% necessary.

With everything that’s at stake in this year’s midterms, we simply can’t afford to fall short of our fundraising goals – we’re going to need every last penny we’ve budgeted to protect and expand our House and Senate majorities!
