Friend,

There are so many causes to support this Giving Tuesday that it can be hard to decide how we donate our time or our resources to make the world a better place. But however you’re able to give today, you should probably stay away from charities like the Trump Foundation.

A few weeks ago, the New York State Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump must pay $2 million in damages for using the foundation as his own personal piggy bank -- for stealing from his own charity.

Back in 2016, the Washington Post reported that Donald Trump was using Trump Foundation funds to pay off business debts and legal settlements, finance his presidential campaign, and buy artists’ portraits of himself (really). The corruption and mismanagement were so bad that last year, the New York Attorney General ordered that the entire foundation be dissolved.

My colleagues and I are the only ones standing between Trump running his White House the same way he ran his charity -- straight into the ground -- but with your help, we can continue holding him accountable. Will you chip in $200, $100, $50, or whatever you can today so that Donald Trump's re-election campaign can meet the same fate as his failed “charity”? <[link removed]>

Best,
Ted
