Now that my California jungle primary is in the rearview mirror, it’s full
steam ahead to the general election where both the House and Senate
majorities will be up for grabs.

Defending our Democratic majorities will be no easy task. Historically,
the party in power loses seats in a midterm year, and our 4-seat House
majority and 50-50 Senate are among the narrowest margins in Congressional
history. We can’t afford to falter — there’s simply too much at stake.

I’m laser-focused on building our House majority here in California and
across the country by communicating with voters what we plan to do to
protect families, combat inflation, address climate change, and more.
That’s not to mention the resources we need to invest to combat the Fox
News Misinformation Machine and Republicans’ relentless campaign to smear
me personally.

In order to make sure we’re unified on these important issues, I want to
