Dear OCA Friends and Family,
Thank you for supporting OCA this year. With your dedicated support shown through your time and effort committed to our programs, advocacy calls to action, and other OCA events, we have had another successful year of advocacy and leadership cultivation.
OCA is proud to offer internships for college students in Washington, DC. Since 1988, we have given Asian American and Pacific Islander students and graduates the opportunity to live and work in the nation’s capitol with access to this country’s leading policymakers and top influencers. Most importantly, OCA is one of very few organizations in DC that pay interns a stipend. This stipend is made possible through our valued members like you!
The Building Future Leaders campaign provides AAPI students, many first-generation and/or immigrants, the life-changing experience of an internship program and lifelong cohort of peers passionate about advancing the AAPI community. This #GivingTuesday, consider extending a hand to the next generation of AAPI leaders. We are already 35% to reaching our goal of $120,000!
