This week is a big week for defining what a future with a Green New
Deal in Massachusetts could look like.
As a part of their cycle of escalation, youth and their allies are
gearing up for bigger and bolder action. Join us on Friday, Dec. 6 for the next climate strike.
We'll march from Copley to the Common and demand that our
politicians take action.
On Saturday, Dec. 7, we are calling on members to participate in two
workshops on - Racial and Climate Justice AND
Fixing Our Broken Tax System. Through these workshops
we hope to build partnerships with new allies and learn how to expand
our climate movement! See below for more details.
As we close 2019, we can redefine the climate movement in MA and build
towards making a Green New Deal in MA possible.

December 6 Boston Climate Strike
It's coming!
This Friday, Dec 6, we strike from school and work and continue the
fight for climate justice. Join us to stand for a Massachusetts Green
New Deal and an end to the climate emergency!
Dress warmly, bring your signs and banners, and wear your 350 Mass
gear! We will meet at the corner of Dartmouth and
Boylston. Let's make sure we end this decade with huge push
for bold climate legislation and action.

Sunrise and
350 Mass are running a racial and climate justice training as part of
our determination to improve our efforts around diversity, equity, and
inclusion. These issues are an integral part of our campaign to build
a grassroots Green New Deal in MA.

Support Solar Workers: Last week, a group of
construction workers at the NYC solar company Bright Power was fired
for organizing to form a union. This would have been one of the first
ever unions at a solar company. Supporting workers is an essential
