ELECTION SABOTAGE

U.S. Postal Service return receipts that I have received verify that the January 6 Select Committee received my indisputable evidence that Fox News aided top U.S. Government officials (Trump/McConnell) in defeating my 2018 Senate candidacy.

The help that the U.S. Government asked for and received to defeat my candidacy was defamation per se which was telecast by Fox News and other Press outlets.

In addition to the Select Committee members, others also received the indisputable evidence of U.S. government-induced election sabotage, including Republican Representatives Jim Jordan, Steve Scalise, and Kevin McCarthy.

Unfortunately, the American Judiciary has usurped the First Amendment by legalizing multinational corporation defamation of candidates who the government does not want to be elected to the U.S. Senate.

Consequently, fair elections have been effectively done away with in America.

All these multinational corporations have to do to avoid legal accountability for defaming a U.S. Senate candidate is to claim that they were unaware that the commentary was untrue. This means they can report as “news” what they have not confirmed as true.

Although the Chief Legal Analyst, the Political Editor, and others at Fox News knew that what Fox News was broadcasting was a lie an American court will not even allow my defamation lawsuit to go to trial. This is a blatant violation of the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Although I had made clear during a nationwide Fox broadcast that what Fox would later air was a lie, Fox nevertheless aired the lie multiple times on the day before and the day of the election.

Simply put, multinational corporations have been granted a license by the American judiciary to lie about candidates who the government does not want to win elections. It is that simple.

If Members of Congress ignore the evidence I have provided, then Congress, along with Trump, McConnell, and the American judiciary, will be upholding the sabotaging of U.S. elections by multinational corporations.

Moreover, claims that America is a “bastion of freedom” that “fights for democracy around the world” will be recognized by other countries as merely false advertising by the U.S. government.

If CNN, MSNBC, ABC, and Fox News are permitted to act as the public relations department of their multinational parent corporations and as a propaganda arm of the U.S. Government, then they, not “The People,” will determine who governs America.

The U.S. Congress has given the Ukrainians weapons so that they can kill Russians in defense of their democracy. But the U.S. Congress will not even publicly acknowledge that “multinational corporate sabotage” of our democracy is wrong?

Why are these multinational corporations allowed to lie about Senate candidates to alter the outcome of American elections and then go about their business as if they did nothing wrong?

How can the board members of AT&T, Comcast, Fox Corporation, and Disney stick their head in the sand and act as if they are model “ESG” compliant American companies while knowing that their subsidiaries sabotaged a U.S. Senate election?

Is it too early to ask whether Americans will have to someday take up weapons to defend their democracy?

Is the U.S. government signaling Americans that they will only be able to keep their democracy if they are willing to die for it?

What are Americans to do?

Can we not at least have a civil trial in America that might help end election sabotage by multinational corporations via weaponized defamation of U.S. Senate candidates?

Is a civil trial not a better path to achieving election integrity than is having more uncivil riots or a civil war?

Ashli Babbitt and thousands of Americans may have been misled in 2020 and thus went too far. But even if so, they made a statement at the cost of Ashli’s life. Their statement was that American elections must be “transparently fair.”

Maintaining a peaceful transfer of power in America will eventually become untenable if the U.S. Congress continues to allow multinational corporations to defame candidates for federal office at the behest of top government officials.
