John — Nancy
Pelosi, Silicon Valley billionaires, right-wing Super PACs…they’re all
trying to stop Justice Democrats from electing progressive fighters for
the people.

Why do we need your support today? Justice Democrat Kina Collins’ primary
is in 8 days and we cannot let the political establishment spend their way
to victory in this race. [ [link removed] ]Chip in for Kina and JD right now »

Summer Lee won her primary against a corporate Democrat in May by a very
slim margin. After we helped launch her campaign, Summer was way ahead.
THEN, billionaire-backed Super PACs spent over $3 million to very nearly
defeat us. Summer won because of grassroots support and she needed every
single dollar she had to win.

Jessica Cisneros had the same billionaire Super PACs spending against her.
And Nancy Pelosi endorsed her opponent, Henry Cuellar, even though Cuellar
is anti-abortion, anti-labor, and pro-NRA. Jessica is heading to a recount
down 280 votes.

Pelosi and those millions made the difference in Jessica’s race. And we
cannot let the same thing happen to Justice Democrat Kina Collins on 6/28
in her primary against corporate Democrat Danny Davis.

AOC said it best as votes were being counted in Jessica’s primary:
“Congress should not be an incumbent protection racket.”

It’s infuriating that Nancy Pelosi would rather protect an incumbent who
obstructs major parts of the Democratic agenda — like the PRO Act, the
Women’s Health Protection Act, Build Back Better, and climate legislation
— instead of supporting progressive women of color.

Now, Pelosi is campaigning for Danny Davis in IL-7, because he’s an
incumbent AND Pelosi doesn’t want to see us expand the Squad. But Kina has
the momentum — she got the Chicago Tribune endorsement last week and is
grinding it out, talking to as many voters in Chicago as possible.

Now, we need the money to close the spending gap and help Kina win.

can win a huge primary on 6/28?

We can’t let corporate Democrats out-spend us so heavily to edge out a
victory — we know they’ll go all-out to stop us. We must send as much
grassroots support to Kina as we can.

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
