John,
There’s a backwards, hateful movement across this country that’s going after our fellow LGBTQ+ Americans, and it runs all the way up to the halls of Congress.
Marjorie Taylor Greene last week baselessly blamed a tampon shortage on trans people — just the latest of her nutjob conspiracy theories. And my opponent Mark Green has called being transgender a “disease,” using his credentials as a doctor to spread transphobia and homophobia.
Hate has no place here in Tennessee. We’re better than Mark Green and our (unfortunate) neighbor Marjorie Taylor Greene, and we’re gonna prove it at the ballot box.
I’ll always stand with the trans community, and I’ll fight for EVERYBODY to have equal rights once I get to Congress. To help me beat transphobe Mark Green, will you chip in to our campaign today?

John, people like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Mark Green spend their time talking about trans people because they don’t have ANY plans to actually improve things in this country.
Instead of fixing healthcare, making sure working people have a shot at success, fighting climate change, or tackling any other of the dozens of real crises we’re facing, they want to divide us and scare people by lying about LGBTQ+ people.
That’s always been their playbook: Divide us — gay and straight, cis and trans, Black and white — so they can keep funneling money to the people at the top. That’s why the Tennessee GOP passed hateful laws going after trans kids, and that’s why Marjorie and Mark love spreading conspiracy theories about gay and trans people.
But we know better.
We know that if we come together, we can beat their hate with solidarity. That’s what this campaign is all about. If you’re with me, will you make a contribution to power our movement today?
