Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are now authorized for emergency use for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Vaccine sites are awaiting supplies and shifting operations to serve the youngest patients, so not all vaccine locations will be ready immediately to give vaccinations to this age group. Vaccination should be available more readily after a couple of weeks. Check?kingcounty.gov/vaccine [ [link removed] ]?for updates and to schedule appointments.

We expect that the earliest Public Health ? Seattle & King County's sites will be able to vaccinate the youngest age group will be June 23-24.
