What a year it has been. We came so close to advancing - just a couple of percentage points away. We must do better for working people here - and that's just what we'll do.

Thank you everyone for your support throughout this campaign. We couldn't have done this without you - we could not have built this powerhouse here in North Orange County that will surely see victories from here on out. 

Below is my official statement:

With our close third-place finish, my campaign will not be moving forward to the General Election. I am proud of the work done by my team and the unwavering spirit of our supporters. This dedicated cadre punched above our weight for this election, but our goal remains. Orange County is moving forward towards delivering progressive representation for working people. I am honored to have worked alongside experienced organizers, as well as those that started their journeys with this campaign.

We have seen victories here in Southern California and beyond for likeminded campaigns this primary season. I urge everyone to continue fighting in their communities for universal healthcare, meaningful climate policy, affordable housing, and an end to predatory immigration policy.

This isn’t the end, only the beginning. Thank you for your support.
