Today is Giving Tuesday. This is a day when we reflect on all that we have and think about ways that we can give to others. Poverty can be overwhelming. Today, you can changes people’s lives, share hope, improve communities, and make America a better place to live by helping people help themselves and each other.
Just this year, CMCA has reached more than 12,000 families in mid-Missouri through programs that support self-sufficiency. With your help, we can accomplish so much more in 2020! We’ll move forward together to provide hope to more than 31,000 people living in poverty by:
- providing immediate needs like energy assistance and housing choice vouchers so they have a safe place to live,
- providing programs to help them build lasting relationships that will support them in their journey toward self-sufficiency,
- providing educational opportunities for their children so they can achieve success in school and beyond.
